The wealthy investors are building agenda 21"rack-em-and-stack-em" units all over Southern California.

High tower cranes and operators from other states have been brought in because so many of these units are being built all over California.

(If You live in Southern California, drive around your city and you will see these units going up all over.)

There are not enough people to lease or buy into these completed units.

.

 So what are these powerful investors doing to get the needed occupancy rates?

Here is one guy who describes some stuff that just might fit into the scheme to get a migration of Americans to these rack-em-and-stack-em" areas.

China bought into the stack-em-and-rack-em and they can't get anyone to buy them or even live in them.

So what do the wealthy investors in America's rack-em-and-stack-em do to get people to migrate to their investments?

Scare Americans out of whole areas by making it seem dangerous to remain there and make it look as if the rack-em-and-stack-em areas are safe.
