I live in Costa Mesa where those who currently have control of my city are trying hard to "privatize' everything they can. I disagree with the direction they are going. As they attempt to dismantle what others have wisely assembled over the life time of my city; I can't help but wonder, would the cost of running my city go up if they were to get their way?  (I have a sign "Stop the layoffs in front of my home currently).
