Intense aerosol spraying continues today in the Southern California skies to stop any chance of precipitation from a large storm passing through the State.
Southern California WOULD HAVE RECEIVED 2-3" of needed rain!!!
This is a criminal operation stopping our rain, those responsible must be stopped and held accountable.
Weather warfare is one thing but what's occurring now is a deliberate droughting of the State regardless of the size of the weather system.
All Californians need to be informed and educated to Geoengineering.
