City of Modesto Silences Christian Speech

Kevin Borden and his friends had peacefully shared their faith every Saturday night for three years, until Brenden Theatres, a private business located on the plaza, complained to the city about Borden’s speech. The theater began renting the plaza almost every Saturday evening, excluding Borden from the area.
