A heart for the youth:

In my 37 years of ministry, I have never witnessed a church with such a heart for the youth. Like the expression ‘Put your money where your mouth is’ Saddleback has certainly passed the test. The REFINERY, their newest youth facility, is outstanding and includes a large skateboard park.

Instead of giant signs that offend and discourage skateboarder, Saddleback has welcomed them.

As a near by pastor of a small church just three miles away, I watched closely the early stages of construction and they have always spent major money on children. I have rejoiced with them through the years for all that God has done and is about to do. I believe Rick Warren the senior pastor to be a very humble man of God. "Humble thyself in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up."

Rick Warren has a gift of wisdom that has promoted him to great honor and I certainly number him among the faithful.
