May the heavens be restored and replenished by the hand of Almighty God.
May the streams above be restored to their natural order and flow as decreed by the Master Creator.
May all those who dared to tamper with the workings of the most high God be dethroned and trod underfoot.
Let it rain now!
May the rivers flow once again in our land of California.
May our cisterns be overflowing and abundantly filled with fresh water from on high.
May the jet-stream exert it's power and flow against the places of disruption and disharmony.
