Tunnels Are Everywhere

Man loves tunnels. In 1973 the US Military built extensive tunnels. After that date you no longer saw camouflaged military convoys on the 405 freeway in California. The building of the tunnels created a cement shortage even though there was a recession and not much was being built in the construction industry.
