One of the most common complaints in the long line of things gamers whine about on a daily basis is that games are becoming too easy. There is truth to the idea. As games have become a more mainstream hobby, they have become increasingly more determined to remove any obstacle that might stop the player from progressing. My friend ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos that fell apart. This is the hilarious customer service response he received. Zappos is one of the best companies to deal with ever...my wife has returned several pairs of shoes for one reason or another and each time it was an awesome response from Zappos. We are loyal customers as a result!
