The
Lord showed me a large arrow in our front room at a meeting. I knew
that the arrow represented the group. The arrow in unity.
I started to teach about the arrow from what piece of the puzzle I had. I knew the arrowhead represented frontline breakthrough people
(forerunners).
When I said that, my wife, Diane, said "If you are part of the
arrowhead, I must be part of the feathers." She was right! We knew about
the head and the tail, but we did not know about the middle (shaft). So
we pondered as a group.
One day as I was pondering these things, I was reading a book, "A Divine Confrontation" by Graham Cooke, in which he was
describing
a spear. The front of the spear represented the breakthrough people,
and then he gave me the answer to the shaft. The shaft represented the
"enablers" who put feet and muscle to get the idea or the vision done.
The Lord gives pieces of the puzzle. We hold what we have, then we
listen, look, and ponder. We can get the picture of revelation that God
wants us to have. Then, those pictures become like keys that open doors
of opportunity and more revelation.

1.The arrowhead represents the forerunners, or breakthrough people (the cutting-edge,

2. The shaft of the arrow represents the "enablers," the people in the church or home group who line up with the vision or idea. They help get the thing done.

In a vision, the Lord showed me an arrow. By a word of knowledge I knew the arrow

The bow without the string = no power. The Word without the Spirit = no power. The string without the bow = no foundation. The Spirit without the Word = no structure.
The string = The Spirit
The bow = The Word
The arrow = us
The arrow is positioned in the bow = "Radical Middle"
With everything in its designed placement, you have balance and power. When the church or home group, or individual lines up with God's Word and Spirit, like the arrow lining up with the bow, we can be shot out with purpose and direction.
