The HAARP project in Alaska is one of the most controversial projects
ever undertaken by the U.S. Government. Jerry Smith gives us the history
of the HAARP project and explains how it can be used as an awesome
weapon of destruction. Smith exposes a covert military project and the
web of conspiracies behind it. HAARP has many possible scientific and
military applications, from raising a planetary defense shield to
peering deep into the earth. Smith leads the reader down a trail of
solid evidence into ever deeper and scarier conspiracy theories in an
attempt to discover the whos and whys behind HAARP, and discloses a
possible plan to rule the world. At best, HAARP is science
out-of-control; at worst, HAARP could be the most dangerous device ever
created, a futuristic technology that is everything from super-beam
weapon to world-wide mind control device. The Star Wars future is now!
Topics include Over-the-Horizon Radar and HAARP, Mind Control, ELF and
HAARP, The Telsa Connection, The Russian Woodpecker, GWEN & HAARP,
Earth Penetrating Tomography, Weather Modification, Secret Science of
the Conspiracy, more. Includes the complete 1987 Bernard Eastlund patent
for his pulsed super-weapon that he claims was stolen by the HAARP
Project.

Video about HAARP
Jesse Ventura and his team head to Alaska to investigate the purpose of the HAARP installation.
In
a remote region of Alaska, a special government research center is said
to be testing the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program,
which, some believe, allows radio waves to be developed as a potential
weapon. If true, these radio waves could be used to change the weather
and control people's minds. Jesse and his team head to the Last Frontier
to investigate, but nervous security guards try to stop them at the
gate of the facility and keep them from finding the real purpose
first-hand. The team also talks to a scientist who demonstrates how
radio waves can be used to literally move clouds.

Experts and Eyewitnesses include: Dr. Brooks Agnew, a physicist who
believes he accidentally triggered an earthquake by using radio waves to
locate underground oil; Dr. Roger Smith, director of the Geophysical
Institute at the University of Alaska at Fairbanks, which coordinates
research at the HAARP facility in Gakona, AK; Dr. Nick Begich, a native
Alaskan and anti-HAARP activist; and Robert Eastlund, the son of Bernard
Eastlund, whose ideas were allegedly the catalyst for the creation of
HAARP.

HAARP Greenhouse Effect
From the article: 'Results show temperature and vegetation growth at
northern latitudes now resemble those found 4 degrees to 6 degrees of
latitude farther south as recently as 1982.'"
