Church Done Right? YES
The mega-churches we see in the West are inclined to be shallow affairs
for religious spectators. Often there is a single active person up front
bringing what is often little more than a motivational speech bounced
off a Bible verse or two. This is the Nicolaitan spirit,
(nico="conquer", laitan="laity", a hierarchical pyramid form and a
system steeped in Egyptian gnosticism. Jesus said that He hated it.
But in countries where Christians die for the faith they set up
multi-layered ministry going all the way down to the children. This is
how a 33 year old Indonesian youngster now has a mega-church of 30,000,
most of them under 30. This is the Biblically correct pattern we saw in
the early church and before the Western Church became compromised at the
council of Nicaea in 325 A.D..
