The Future Isn't What It Used to Be
Back in 1972, a futurist children's author named Geoffrey Hoyle wrote a book about the amazing future -- the future in the year 2010.

Unfortunately, he got just about everything wrong.
He did predict a universal "vision phone," which works more or less like video chat over the Internet.
The book tells kids in 2010 more about 1972, than it did kids in 1972 about 2010.
