Actual 1950s Proposal: Nuke Alaska

In 1958, the government wanted to nuke Alaska. Called Project Chariot and proposed by physicist Edward Teller, the intent was to use six hydrogen bombs to create a deep-water harbor near Cape Thompson.

The Inuit had to fight against this insanity.

HAARP Is BackAnd they are still fighting against insanity today.

HAARP is a group of high-frequency radio transmitters powered by four diesel tugboat generators and one from a locomotive. The transmitters send a focused beam of radio-wave energy into the aurora zone. There, that energy can stimulate a speck of the electrical sun-Earth connection about 100 miles above our heads.

HAARP is now portable and located anywhere they want it.

These same white domes can be seen every mile or so located on top of  hills alone 395 in California on your way to Mammoth Mountain.
One is located near the top of Saddleback mountain in Orange County CA.
And another near Mount Wilson in LA County California.

Drought in California is man made using HAARP tech.

Meteorological example of how it is being accomplished...
