Hope all can take a serious look at the attached "forecast" map from NOAA which is for continued rainfall projections.

Virtually the entire country, including Alaska, is "scheduled" for normal rainfall or far above normal rainfall with only one continuing exception, California. It literally looks like a drought bulls eye on California.
The big "B" with the darker colors shows "below" normal rainfall, the darker the color the worse the projection for drought. This map is historically completely unprecedented.
