 Developing Gale surrounded by HAARP 

 The skies of Southern California were blanketed with heavy aerosol chemtrail spraying today, as forecast, in advance of a moisture field moving in from the Pacific, which might have brought some needed rain to the region.

 Chemtrails were reported all up and down the California coast. 

Out in the Pacific, a rapidly developing Gale is identified on the Surface Analysis map and in the watervapor mode we see that a HAARP transmitter is applying heat right over the top of that weather system to squash it and also prevent it from getting mixed into the much larger 976 mb storm system over Alaska to the North.

 A new dome of high pressure is being installed over Central and Southern California just in time to block a strong Jet Stream flow.

 We can already see that jet steram flow mushrooming into that new area of high pressure.

 The 'dry' mid and upper level low pressure that was stalled over California & Nevada just a couple of days ago with a HAARP transmitter focused on it has moved East and has rebuilt into a large storm heading towards the East Coast despite heat being applied to its core.
