Orange County California Chemtrailed Today 4/3/2016

I was making a video of a jet spraying chemicals overhead when another came into view at the same altitude and in the same airspace.

One jet was releasing it's chemical chemtrails across the sky and the other one just passed by while leaving no contrail or chemtrail even though it was in the exact same airspace...

Evidence demands a verdict.

How is this possible if both jets are in the same atmospheric conditions in the same air space?
