It is the year 5013.
"It may be, we suggest, that the real importance of some of these artifacts was in their creation rather than any subsequent physical use,” Dr Rufuss Glitter Teeth said. "These artifacts are millions of years old."
If it’s answers you seek, unsolved mysteries you want and adventure you crave, you have come to the right place!
Today's Ancient Artifact topic is the recently unearthed dig from an area of what was once a southern California sacred neighborhood. It is located on top of a mesa over looking the ocean below. The site is aptly named "Costa Mesa" meaning Coastal Mesa or "Coastal Tableland."
Here is one of the recently dug up mysterious artifacts. It is the first of it's kind ever dug up anywhere.
Notable archaeologists have looked at the layers of remnants that have been collected. They have sorted, compared and dated every single piece. The Expedition leaders live for this sort of debris.
They used their measuring apparatus and have taken their readings. From those readings they make their models and graphs.
On the basis of these fragments they have made their irrefutable incontestable conclusions.
The hard and verifiable data show nothing out of the ordinary. These items were used for religious ceremonious and ritual processions by the primitive local ancients. They worshiped their gods using the artifacts but the archaeologists are uncertain as to how exactly this was done.
The survival of these religious objects is remarkable given the proximity of the area to the ocean.
Even if these artifacts were not unique when they were built, it may well be
the only such construction whose integrity has been preserved to the
extent that it still can be recognized.
“Excavations commonly uncover objects undisturbed for centuries and even
millennia. But it is hard to conceive many places on the planet were
you could still discover a human construction that has lain hidden under
the surface of the ground for as long as these have," Prof Rufus Glitter Teeth said.
As always there are some conspiracy theorist who believe in another theory.
The tin foil hats crowd believe that the artifacts served mankind as some sort of communication devices. In sharp contrast with the experts conclusion that they served as religious objects for ritual processions. Several subsequent scientific analysis have proven the conspiracy theory's to be totally off base.
"Costa Mesa was
a delineated area used by the local people to contact their ancestors.
This should not have come as a surprise, if we also know that
the local cultures were in origin shamanic," Prof Ruffus Glitter Teeth said.
"Shamanic cultures use “shamans” (priests) to seek
contact with the gods, the ancestors, the dead. These are local
in a different dimension; they are not physical beings, but “spiritual
entities”, often the souls of the tribal ancestors, as well
as creator deities. The land of the dead was similar to Earth,
but was found in another dimension – here, yet invisible
to our eyes."
Prof Ruffus Glitter Teeth felt that the clue to the artifacts was
to be found here.: They were an ingenious system that aided
the shaman in his “voyage of the soul.”
