The Jet Stream flow has moved further South overnight and is now flowing directly over the entire State of California.
This flow should be carrying ample moisture into the State especially with a hurricane force 970 millibar storm just to the North.
The problem is, a HAARP transmitter has been stationed over the top of the Jet Stream flow offshore of California and is evaporating the moisture in the flow.
This is to say that the HAARP-generated high pressure descending air mass over the Jet Stream is evaporating a large percentage of the moisture field flow before it arrives in California.
Tonight we had a light rain that lasted for about 2.5 hrs, and I'd guess it might be 5/100" in total.
I'll check my rain gauge tomorrow and report what we had. There is more rain in the forecast, we will see what develops.
The RH is low tonight - reading 38% as of this posting. Earlier, after the rain, we had a slight wind which lowered the RH to 27% a couple of hours after the rain!
Meanwhile in Oregon and Washington, serious flooding and 18" of rain over the past couple of days plus violent wind were reported in some areas up in those two States!
