A low pressure system is approaching Oregon and Northern California.
Another much larger system identified as a Gale is right behind the
first system.
Both weather systems have HAARP transmitters applying
heat to their respective cores to counteract and neutralize the natural
counterclockwise rotation of Northern hemisphere low pressure weather
systems.
When we look at the Infrared loops we see that the heat /
decending air generated by the HAARP transmitters have diminished the
rain potential of the first system moving into the Northern CA area.
Meanwhile, tropical storm Rick has been neutralized during the past day
in 85F waters, but another disturbance located SE in the Eastern East
Pacific will probably form into a hurricane (80% chance) in the next day
or two.
Another much larger hurricane-force 972 millibar storm system
is making its way SE through the Alaska area.
But will be blocked by a
new channel (electronic fence) of warm air currently being installed by a
phased array radar (HAARP) in order to block that system's moisture
field from mixing with the Gale to the South.
