11-24-2015; Tropical Storm Sandra Update
Tropical Depression 22E strengthened to tropical storm status today and is now identified as 'Sandra' with 65 MPH wind and moving WNW at 14 MPH.The storm is forecast to hook back toward a NE trek by Thursday-Friday. Meantime, a low pressure weather system continues moving South over the Oregon / California border with HAARP transmitter on top of its core.
The associated front is creating winds in the Southern California area and the barometric pressure is dropping.
We may receive some rain from this system since the RH has risen since recording this video earlier this morning to nearly 50% currently in the Foothills of Los Angeles.
So my earlier forecast of little or no rain is changing to a good chance of rain by end of today. Clouds are forming over the mountains, pressure is dropping slightly, RH is up substantiallly, and no chemtrail spraying visible over the area yet.
The IR satellite indicates some pockets of rain moving towards the Southern CA coast; all of these these signs point to a better chance of precipitation.
Pt. 2; 11-24-2015; Hurricane Sandra Develops
Sandra developed into a hurricane today and is generating 75 MPH winds as she moves to the WNW at 12 MPH.
The storm is brewing in 86F waters currently and as a result could quickly erupt into a CAT5+ 200 MPH storm as we saw with Hurricane Patricia last month.
Sandra is being targeted by microwave energy and we can see the resulting blast pattern from the super heated water vapor expanding outward radially from the targeted area of the core.
