A
storm system moving across the State of California brought no
measureable rain to the Southern California Foothills area.
Because of
heat being applied by a HAARP transmitter on the south edge of the core
of the low passing over the Southern CA region, rain was minimal in the
area; as this heat disrupted the cold front passing by.
Higher
elevations like Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead (located 80-100 miles
East of Los Angeles) reported snow.
A transmitter continues to apply
heat to the core of this storm system (dark area shown on water vapor
map) which is preventing a separate, strong tropical moisture field to
the South over Mexico from merging with the system moving through
California.
The long channel of dry air adjacent to this moisture field
is HAARP-generated; we can see that channel being built out now through
New Mexico and Colorado on the water vapor loop.
The strong high
pressure installed over the Hawaiian islands and West coast area will
serve to block three new storm systems located to the North, as shown on
the Surface Analysis map.
