A strong jet stream flow with a lot of moisture is moving straight toward California where an upper level low pressure system is located over Southern CA.
In the watervapor map we see the dark area around the low pressure system expanding - indicating that high pressure / dry air is building quickly in preparation to block the incoming moisture flow.
The barometer has risen to 1017mb and will continue to rise as high pressure is quickly installed to block this strong Jet Stream moisture.
Meanwhile, a radar-generated blockade of dry air is located immediately behind the frontal system moving toward the West coast and this transmitter-generated 'high' is steering the flow to the North, but this effort may not be enough to stop it entirely.
Northern CA could see some more rain.
Chemrail aerosols were visible on the MODIS Today USA-5 color satellite map today - mainly to the South over South Orange County and out to the East.
The Colorado river area was heavily sprayed today.
Some sporadic downpours occurred today in So.
CA as an upper level low is stationary over the region.
