US Air Force Admits to Using HAARP For Weather Modification in Defense Hearing Alexander Light
Senator Murkowski asks questions about the impending dismantling of the
HAARP facility in Alaska. Basically the defense related research has
been done, and nobody wants to pay the $5 Million a year to keep it
running for academic research.
