My name is David Sloane.
I was first introduced to Brant by Lonnie Frisbee at Brant's clothing store on 17th street in Costa Mesa.
( Lonnie was my "spiritual father" in the Lord. )
Ya...I know...Brant always told people that it was in Newport Beach...but it wasn't actually.
It was on the border between the two cities.
A few years after I having met Brant, a girl, Sandie Hoxhurst, told me about an anointed man of God in Long Beach CA.
We were in Laguna Beach, where I lived in Woodland drive, at 1195 Victory Walk.

I was 20 at that time.

We were at a small store front on 7th street.
Inside there was a small stage in one corner.
The room was dark and there were lights pointing at the man on the stage.

The place was packed with people that night.
The man spoke on one small scripture, These therefore came to Philip, who was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying: Sir, we would see Jesus.
John 12:21
Here I am now 66 years old and I can still vividly recall that night and the sermon, it was that powerful!
I couldn't believe how anointed the man of God was, his every word had incredible impact upon his audience.
Soon the room was heavy with the manifested presence of the Holy Spirit, Whom I knew well.
How could one simple scripture hold so much power and anointing that was evident in the room.
I was deeply impacted as was everyone else present.
Suddenly it dawned on me that this was the same guy from the clothing store in Costa Mesa!
Needless to say I made the long trek from Laguna Beach to Long Beach every Saturday night to experience what this man of God presented.
It wasn't until Shekinah Fellowship had moved to pastor Billy Adams church that I got to speak with Brant one on one face to face in the fellowship hall.
Brant said to me, "David, you belong in this ministry."
My twenty year old mind did not get a witness to that either way.
So in my hippie way, at that time, I just let it slide and remained in Laguna Beach and continued my street evangelism ministry.
I would fill my hippie van to capacity and bring anyone I could to Brant's Saturday night meetings.

He was so confused after having experience the power of God during that healing ministry night.
It wasn't until after I had uploaded my first Brant Baker video to the net that those long forgotten words of Brant's came streaming crystal clear back to me.
As I sat in my chair watching the video on the Internet, the Holy Spirit pressed down upon me heavy and Brant's words were reviewed to me.
Tears uncontrollably streamed down my face as I realized that neither Brant nor i had understood the full impact of his words to me so long ago.
Do you know what it is like to have the "real of God" impact you in a moments time?
I thought about how there were no computers, cell phones or Internet when Brant spoke those words to me.
But there I was in front of a computer and I had uploaded a Brant Baker video to the Internet.
Then I knew.
I was called to bring "extension of presence" for Brant even though he had passed on.
Brant is absent but his preaching ministry can now go on to generations beyond his own life time.
A new generation will get to hear his preaching as well as all of us old timers who were originally there.
I will continue to do my best to get as many of his tapes up on line as I can.
Currently i am going through quite a few health issues, so like apostle Paul, I ask for your prayers that I might be healed and able to continue what I have started.
Of course there have been my detractors who have said bad things about me and those who have participated in this Internet ministry.
Stuff like,"Your just trying to become somebody by using Brant's coat tails etc..."
Nothing could be further from the truth.
I loved Brant and Shekinah Fellowship.
I loved the manifested presence of the Holy Spirit at Shekinah Fellowships services.
I craved it.
I had no knowledge about what transpired within that ministry since i was only a faithful "attendee" back then.
When I initially tried to contact some of those who were in that ministry, I was met with resistance.
Randy West sent a message through a third party telling me to leave him alone, he wanted nothing to do with me.
I was flabbergasted to say the least.
I knew Randy and even talked with him when he worked at Hover Printing in Costa Mesa.
At that time I was shocked to see him working there and no longer in the ministry of Shekinah Fellowship.
It was he who kind of indicated that things were not well at Shekinah Fellowship, but he would not give me any details at all.
I now know what happened behind the scenes of Shekinah Fellowship from all of the emails to me and people I was able to speak with over the years.
I tried to reach Joe Dallas with Pastor Tilson Shumate, but Joe only wanted to meet in the controlled environment of his office and not on neutral territory as it were.
Both Pastor Tilson and i felt that the Holy Spirit was indicating to cancel that meeting because Joe was going to control it.
Tilson and I would always speak with people in neutral territory for all parties involved for a balanced comfortable conversation.
Pastor Jim Ewing has been an incredible researcher and has dug up information and audio tapes of the ministry.
I want to say that with each tape I upload to the Internet, the "views" tally quickly surges up into the hundreds.
Which indicates to me that people are getting fed by Brant's preaching once again as planned so long ago by the Holy Spirit!
Strange thing though, YouTube views tally is artificially low on the videos on their own website while my blogs stats represent how many times the videos are actually being watched, which has been into the hundreds.
I think it might be something to do with how the videos are being accessed or some kind of Internet tech stuff of a sort.
Anyway, if your blessed by Brant's preaching, won't you let me know in the comments section below?
It's always nice to hear from others and to receive encouragement from them.
One lady who had commented was very angry and said vile things in the comment sections of the videos on YouTube so I was forced by her venom to have YouTube block her from being able to comment there.
As I type this my laptop is whirring away processing another video to up-load today.
It takes hours to record the tapes to digital and to try and clean them up as best as possible then add the audio to video so I can upload them to YouTube.
This is work.
And it is good.
Pray that the Lord blesses this work that i freely do, desiring nothing in return.
All I ask is that you pass along these videos to others through all of the media channels available to you personally so that a new generation can get real Holy Spirit inspired teaching instead of some of the crap coming from America's mega church pulpits today!
