Our hearts are heavy with grief today. Another loss of life due to mental illness and perhaps prozac meds. A 20 year old male has destroyed the lives of so many people. He went after his own mother, then some adults and a lot of young children before killing himself.

We become aware of our own helplessness and dependency upon God's grace when we are impacted by these horrible events. How do we process this? It could have taken place anywhere, your place of business, your child's school, the movie theater where you and your wife attend or your own place of worship. 

Lord we do not understand or even come close to comprehending the pain and anguish that the parents and loved ones are dealing with just now in this tragic event. We do know that somehow someway the great comforter, the Holy Spirit is available to comfort them. May you bring all of them close to your loving heart. Send Your workers to help in this hour of insanity and madness.
