11-4-2015; High Pressure Installed over So. Calif

A high pressure zone is being installed over Southern California by a HAARP transmitter.

 This feature on the West coast watervapor map began to appear around 1PM today.

 The high pressure zone created offshore Santa Ana winds which started to blow about 4PM, and this offshore wind will serve to keep some of the approaching moisture field from the approaching weather system away from the Southern California area.

 Chemtrails are also being sprayed in this moisture field offshore.

Conditions are highly favorable once again for delivering more rain to California via the jet stream flow.

I mentioned incorrectly in this video that the relative humidity had been dropping the past few days when in fact the RH had been in the mid 50% range.

 Current RH is about 35%.

 Barometric pressure is currently on the rise and is consistent with the HAARP generated high pressure over So. California we see in the video.
