What Actually Happened To The Weather

11-3-2015; Jet Stream brings Gale moisture to CA. 

  A Gale located offshore of California is moving moisture toward the State and the West coast via the jet stream flow. A HAARP transmitter is still stationed over Southern California generating a 1033 mb high pressure zone which is impeding the moisture flow from the Gale offshore.

 Another, much larger hurricane-force storm is right on the heels of the Gale and in preparation, three areas of high pressure are being installed between the two storm system which will ensure the two systems remain separated. 

 Meanwhile, off of Mexico, three disturbances are identified on the NHC map and those thunderstorms are being targeted by microwaves - as seen in visible light mode in the video.

 We can see the initial pinpoint blast from the microwave as well as the blast pattern / ring and water vapor shooting out from the core.
