Caltrans of California has been quietly cementing in the underside berms of bridges in Southern CA lately.
They have been raw dirt for years and years and now they need to be cemented over?
They have been also cementing over the "V" shaped areas of dirt near off ramps.
Which leads me to believe they know what is coming from the Geoengineers this winter.
After showing that they can make prolonged drought they are now going to show that they can really make it rain.
The powers that be are putting out messages to try and warn us of what they are about to unleash upon us. If you are paying attention you will see these messages in all media avenues.
