Pulling Back The OZ Curtain Of The Weather Makers

10-12-2015; Rain should have advanced into the Los Angeles region last night but instead, for some unknown reason the rain was blocked / delayed until later in the week.

The yellow rain bands over northern Mexico were blocked last evening by strong high pressure positioned along the U.S. border from CA to NM.

As the rain bands advanced into Southern California today, the Southeastern skies of Los Angeles County and Orange County were being heavily sprayed with aerosol chemtrails, which effectively stopped the rain in the region, although some outlying areas got a smattering of light rain according to the TV weather reports.

The weather people are now forecasting thunderstorms for the deserts areas of Southern California Thursday & Friday but only a 'chance' for the valleys and downtown L.A. area.

We will keep a close eye on these developments, as the transmitters can and do change the plans.

The rain could be blocked entirely - and the timing of the first rain event from the Low off of Baja may depend on weather developments North in the Gulf of Alaska.
