Southern California saw some wild weather today, mainly in the desert and mountain areas.
Flash flooding resulted from 3.5" of rain falling in a short time in Lake Elizabeth near the Palmdale area of California.
Gum-ball sized hail fell in Palmdale and other desert areas damaging cars and causing flash flooding and large mud flows.
Meantime, tropical depression 19E has formed in the Eastern Pacific and its core is being targeted by microwaves to throttle the system back, delaying hurricane development.
Blast patterns are clearly visible around its core from the superheating generated by the microwave blasts.
A large north pacific low pressure system rainmaker is moving toward the West coast and is being targeted by HAARP transmitters to weaken the large system.
A separate high pressure zone is being installed between the storm and the West coast as a buffer to redirect it over Washington.
