Rain is forecast for tomorrow (Sunday) in Southern California along with strong winds after the rainy weather moves through.
Up to a couple of inches of rain is forecast in the Foothill areas of Los Angeles.
The snow level is expected to drop to about 3500' later in the day.
The obstruction in the Jet Stream flow into CA will shorten the duration of any rainfall received; we can see this obstruction in the watervapor and IR maps.
Aerosol chemtrail were sprayed offshore and over Central and Southern CA as shown in the MODIS Today map.
The aerosols stopped the rain today by maintaining lower humidity and dew points.
