Weather Extra- Samuel Rainmaker Sunday Report

Sun Jan 10th 2016

Two weather systems approaching the West coast will be blocked by strong high pressure installed along the entire West coast of the U.S.

We can see this in the watervapor loop as a dark area running through WA, OR and CA.

This high pressure is functioning as a shield to block the weather systems offshore from moving in and delivering rain.

The conditions in Los Angeles at 9:45PM are: High barometric pressure of 30.12" which is consistent with what we're seeing in the water vapor loops and pressure charts.

The RH is 94%; the Dew Point is 46F and the temperature is 48F.

It does feel like rain outside - very damp, but because of extensive aerosol 'chemtrail' spraying in the region today, this may prevent the rain potential overnight.

If rain does fall it will probably be less than 0.1" because of the chemtrail spraying activity today.

Tropical storm Pali was moving due East only two hours ago.

Now the storm is moving due North at 2 MPH while generating 60 MPH winds.

Yesterday the storm was moving due West with 40 MPH.

The storm is being targeted by microwave energy and we can see evidence of a blast pattern on tonight's watervapor and IR maps.

Note the color change and diminishment of the core strength in the 7.5 hour loop after the storm is targeted.

The Jet Stream is flowing just to the North of TS Pali and I expect the storm to be steered away from the jet stream to prevent it from getting caught in the Eastbound flow toward the West coast.
