Southern California was under another thick blanket of chemical aerosol 'chemtrails' today as two more gigantic Pacific storms advance toward California and the West coast.
High surface pressure has been installed all up and down the West coast and we see the result of that in the Rainbow loops.
The weather controllers are attempting to block a large portion of these huge storms.
We'll have to wait and see how effective that effort is.
Hurricane Pali has been beat down to TS status with continued targeting by microwave energy.
In the Visible Light mode we can see three distinct pressure rings formed in the core of Pali from rapidly expanding watervapor in the core of the storm, superheated by the microwave transmitter.
Also in the watervapor and IR loops we see diminishment of the storm's core indicated the color changes - consistent with a transmitter heating the core to disrupt its counterclockwise spinning organization which raises the core pressure of the storm in order to weaken it.
A no-rain forecast is the forecast for Southern California because of strong surface high pressure all over the West Coast - and continued heavy aerosol chemtrail spraying in the region.
