More Musings Of Samuel The Rainmaker

Mon Jan 18th, 2016

High surface pressure continues to sit stationary over the Southern California region and offshore preventing rain from moving in unimpeded.

This, coupled with the aerosol chemtrail spraying over Southern CA is preventing precipitation.

Two components must be present for rain to fall: moisture and lift, and the chemtrail aerosols prevent the atmospheric lift by creating an inversion layer in the atmosphere.

Another 977 mb hurricane force storm system is moving rapidly toward the West coast on the heels of all of the weather passing though currently.

On the Modis Today color satellite map we see extensive aerosol chemtrail spraying activity above the storm clouds moving in to deliver rain.

There was a small amount of rain this morning in the Foothills of Los Angeles but nothing measurable.

The rain forecast for tomorrow will probably amount to some small drizzle as we saw today. \

The 'El Nino' is a bust for Southern CA.

Regarding the right-angle storm front shown on the Jan 15 video, I was reviewing the previous day's (January 14 Pt.2 video), and there is also a right angle feature (phased array radar applying heat) visible in that developing storm.

Have a look at that video.
