What Happened To The Weather According To Samuel The Rain Maker

 A gigantic Pacific storm continues moving toward the West coast while high pressure is quickly being installed into place to block it.

 The storm is so large it would probably cause catostropic flooding damage if allowed to move into the State.

 The storm's core pressure has risen to 978 mb today due to non-stop targeting by a HAARP transmitter to break down the organization of the storm's core / vortex.

Yesterday this same storm had a core pressure of 946 mb and was designated a 'hurricane force' system.

 A 1025 mb triangular shaped high pressure zone is shown on the surface analysis map and has been installed off the West coast to block this system.

In the watervapor maps, we can see that another semi-circular high pressure blockade is now being installed into place to block this next giant storm.

 Meanwhile, over near Hawaii, we see that tropical storm Pali has now formed with 50 MPH winds and is moving in a northerly direction towards Hawaii and toward a strong Jet Stream flow heading into a portion of Southern Ca and Baja Mexico.

 The transmitter operators are focusing microwave energy onto the core of this large system - and we can see a dimple caused by a transmitter on one of the nearby thunderstorm cells as the watervapor is superheated by the transmitter.

That thunderstorm disappears from the map and this is how they kill them.

Note the blast pattern also - less pronounced than yesterday but visible in the watervapor maps.

The weather controllers don't want Pali to move North and get caught in the jet stream moving toward California while dealing with another giant storm system.
