Samuel The Rain Makers Weather Forecast

Thurs Jan 14, 2016

Tremendous aerosol chemtrail spraying blanketed the skies over Los Angeles today covering the incoming moisture field generated by two storms offshore.

The chemical aerosols create an inversion layer, preventing atmospheric lift necessary for producing precipitation.

The current RH at 11PM is 99%; the Temperature and Dew Points are both at 47F; it feels damp outside like it should rain but so far, no rain or drizzle.

Once again the aerosols and the strategically placed high pressure over the Pacific and CA have prevented natural rainfall in Southern California.

It is interesting to note that hurricane Alex in the Atlantic made news today as being the first winter hurricane since the 1930's - if I remember it correctly.

Yet no mention of hurricane Pali, which was noteworthy and a record breaker since Pali was the earliest hurricane in the East Pacific since about 1992 and so close to the equator.

As shown in the videos the past three days, Pali's core was super heated and blown apart with microwaves, otherwise that storm would have developed into a major hurricane in 79-80F waters.
