The Treason Against The People Of America In California Continues. High Pressure, Aerosols & Hot Temperatures Continue as Storms are Deliberately Blocked.

 High pressure installed over the West coast a few days back continues to sit stationary over California, blocking much of the winter weather and water supply needed for Southern California reservoirs. 

 Three low pressure systems are spinning in a pinwheel pattern, as they have nowhere else to go. A HAARP transmitter is focusing RF energy on top of the vortex of this system to weaken the core's pressure, while upstream, we see another transmitter generating heat on top of the Jet Stream flow which is cutting off much of the moisture spiraling into the large storm's core. 

 The odd shape of the core is also a giveaway to the manipulation occurring.

 The storm's core / vortex should have a near perfect circular spiral shape, not square shapes or triangles!

 This is more good evidence of weather manipulation on display that is not being shown on 'State-television'.

The MODIS Today color satellite map shows that the high flying jets were spraying their chemical aerosol mix over the top of the incoming moisture field in Southern California today. 

 We my see more aerosol spraying tomorrow depending on what they do with the high pressure adjustments made.

 Currently the barometric pressure is 30.07"; the Temp is 58F, the Dew point is 27F and the RH = 30%.

Russ Redfern's YouTube video at the end of this video is powerful evidence, as we see the pilots controlling the aerosol flow on and off as this jet continues in level flight! 

 The short dissipating chemtrail had been a puzzle for me until a couple of days ago.
