How many of us think that God hides Himself from us?
He that hath My commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him."
John 14:21
Who among us wouldn't want God to manifest His presence?
That is what makes any place of worship stand out among places of worship.
The same goes for anyone representing God who has God manifested while they are ministering to others.
That person stands out!
Guess what folks?
GOD WANTS TO MANIFEST HIMSELF PLAINLY TO ALL OF US.
How do we know this?
Because He made it possible and tells us how to make it possible.
There are two things that need to take place first.
God shows us in John 14:21 what those two things are.
One: Have His Commandments
Two: Keep His commandments
The result?
"I will love him and will show myself plainly ( manifest) to him."
Now we all know that it is God who changes us and grows us up in Himself.
We can try to keep his commandments, but ultimately we fail.
Having His commandments is the easy part.
Keeping them is the hard part.
We don't want to fall into religious bondage trying in our own flesh to keep the commandments.
And we don't want to fall in the regimented bondage of legalism.
So how can we fulfill what has to happen in order for God to manifest Himself to us?
Don't despair.
Here is a wonderful answer:
