Today is the 15th straight day of high pressure installed off the West coast to block the conveyer belt of Pacific weather systems.
Heavy aerosol 'chemtrail' spraying dominated the skies over Los Angeles again today as a moisture field attempted to move in and deliver rain.
We must have two components for precipitation: atmospheric lift and moisture.
The aerosols prevent atmospheric lift by causing a temperature inversion layer.
The 'chemtrail' aerosols are a slurry of fly ash which is a waste byproduct of coal fired power plants.
The ash slurry is loaded into specially modified jets and sprayed at high altitude into the atmosphere ahead of an incoming moisture field which prevents lift and precipitation in the targeted region.
The relative humidity also drops significantly when these aerosols are dumped into the skies.
The forecast is for more chemtrail spraying in the Southern California region tomorrow (3/4/2016).
