An area of 1025mb high pressure has rebuilt off of
California and some ridges are now visible over much of California on
the Surface Pressure Map.
How much rain Southern California receives
from the next storm depends on what happens with this high pressure over
CA and if it strengthens or stays as is.
2-4" of rain was originally
forecast for Southern CA mountains and Foothill upslope areas, and with
this new high pressure showing up on the maps this morning, a lesser
amount of rain may result.
The MODIS Today satellite map shows the beautiful white clouds over the entire Southern California region but as we pan South into Baja Mexico (250 miles South) and offshore of that area, we see that the chemtrail spraying operation has continued today.

Looking at the NW map on MODIS Today satellite, we see the
aerosol chemtrails sprayed in Eastern Washington State, Idaho, and off
Northern CA - showing up in these regions as a dirty off-white color or
light Grey color compared to the brilliant white of the natural clouds /
watervapor elsewhere.
It is 6:50 3/7/2016 and the rain has just started here in Costa Mesa CA.
High winds and lightning hit also with heavy rain.
It lasted all of one minute and tapered off...to gentle rain with hugh thunderclaps.
