1-2-2016; HAARP Operators to Allow Rain into CA. Looks like Samuel the Rainmaker is gonna make it rain finally!

The HAARP operators / weather controllers have finally made the decision to allow significant rain into California starting Sunday evening (Jan 3rd) and have disseminated this rainy weather forecast to the television weather outlets which have broadcast this information.

 On the pressure maps we see that there is no surface high pressure or any high pressure at 500mb or 300mb levels to block the first of two storm fronts into California.

 The second, larger 957 mb hurricane-force storm is also forecasted to move into California and dump significant amounts of rainfall along with thunderstorms.

The high pressure blockade that had been installed over California on December 30 through Jan 1st has moved up into Oregon and Washington following an upper-level (dry low) low pressure system to prevent its development.

 In the interim, no significant high pressure exists off the West coast to block this incoming weather except a 1019 mb area off Southern California which may serve as a 'buffer zone' which could be pumped up on a moment's notice to diminish the storm's impact in the region.

 It looks like the 'El Nino' weather pattern we have been hearing about for 2 years will now officially begin as of tomorrow night, courtesy of the HAARP operators, unless the weather controllers change their minds.

 Today in Los Angeles, chemtrails were sprayed again for the seconds straight day in 2016 while we again observed low 18% RH during the morning and afternoon hours.

Current weather conditions in Los Angeles at 11:30PM are:
Temp = 42F;
RH = 47%;
Dew Point = 23F;
Barometric Pressure = 30.02" and dropping. Note: Got a bit of insider info New Years Eve indirectly from someone that claims a big shot at JPL Labs has said, "El Nino" is going to be the largest El Nino ever when it arrives! Surfer51
