1-3-2016; Pt.2; Massive Spraying Delays Rain in LA

We did not get any rain inspite of all of the weather news reporters telling us that there were "storms" coming our way.

A massive chemtrail aerosol spraying campaign was effective in delaying precipitation from a California-sized moisture front moving into the State off the Pacific ocean.

The core of the nearest low pressure system will pass through Southern California sometime in the next day but there is a transmitter focused on the two nearest approaching weather systems which will certainly diminish the prospects for saturating rainfall.

 We will be lucky to see any precipitation from this first system.

Current conditions in LA Foothills at 11PM PST are:

Temp = 48F
RH = 72%
Dew Point = 39F
Barometric Pressure = 29.92" & steady
